Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders within Pakistan:
• Free Shipping - available on all orders paid via Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card (prepaid orders).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to all COD orders.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order at any time by visiting:

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
We encourage customers to opt for prepaid payment (Bank Transfer or Card) to enjoy free shipping and faster processing.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Argan Deluxe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or your order arrives incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.
