Refund and Exchange Policy

At Argan Deluxe, we take great pride in the quality of every product we deliver. Your experience with us matters deeply, and we are committed to making it seamless - from purchase to doorstep and beyond.

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

1. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

        A request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Care team.

        The item must be returned within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

        Products must be in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, seals, and inserts intact.

        An unboxing video is mandatory. We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while opening every parcel from us. Requests submitted without video evidence may not be processed.

 

As a hygiene-sensitive category, opened or used haircare products cannot be accepted for return unless there is a verified product fault or documented adverse reaction.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect:

        Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order details.

        We will arrange a complimentary exchange or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

        Damage reported after 24 hours or without supporting video evidence cannot be accommodated, as we are unable to verify courier-related handling post-delivery.

 

We work with trusted courier partners; however, we acknowledge that transit handling is sometimes beyond our control. Prompt reporting with an unboxing video allows us to advocate on your behalf.

3. Adverse Product Reactions

Your safety is our priority. In the unlikely event you experience a reaction to one of our products:

        Discontinue use immediately.

        Notify us within 24 hours of first use via WhatsApp (0320-4645900) or email at sales@argandeluxe.com.pk, along with a description and photograph of the reaction.

        You will be offered a full exchange or refund, processed with care and discretion.

4. How to Initiate a Request - Online Orders

Please follow the steps below to raise a return or exchange request:

1.     Contact Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 0320-4645900 or email at sales@argandeluxe.com.pk.

2.     Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and unboxing video.

3.     Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps and a return authorisation.

4.     Return the product within 7 days using a trackable courier service.

5.     Upon receipt and inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

5. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For COD orders, refunds are processed digitally:

        Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

        Re-delivery charges for approved exchanges are at the customer's cost, unless the exchange is due to a fault or error on our part.

 

6. Requests We Cannot Accommodate

We reserve the right to decline returns in the following circumstances:

        Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering.

        Requests raised after the 24-hour window from delivery.

        Returns without an unboxing video where damage or fault is claimed.

        Products not returned in their original packaging and condition.

        Change of mind after the 24-hour window has passed.
